- Blind cash counts. Cashiers count into a denomination sheet without seeing the expected total, so the count measures the drawer instead of confirming a number already on the screen.
- Variance you can act on. Break down shortages and overages by register, location and staff member, with a daily email summary for whoever reconciles the books.
- An audited drawer. Drops, payouts, paid-ins and no-sale opens are logged with a reason code, optionally behind a manager PIN, and written back to Shopify’s own cash tracking.
